For over 20 years, Health Care Navigator, a Guildford headquartered consultancy firm, has advised NHS organisations – commissioners, hospital trusts and the NHS England HQ – on how they might work more effectively to improve patient health.

 

We felt that we could bring this experience to our home town.  On this site, you will see how we have been evolving our understanding of the factors affecting local health care delivery.

 

We have had meetings with senior members of the Royal Surrey County Hospital, The Surrey Heartlands Integrated Care Board and the Primary Care Network.

 

We will continue to develop and bring forward proposals.  We hope others will want to contribute as the NHS 10 Year Plan is being finalised.
